🇬🇧 Do you remember your childhood fears ?
Elena just moved in a huge manor with her parents and her beloved-cover Duvet. During a stormy night, she wakes up from a nightmare and realizes it merged with the reality. With Duvet's help, will she be able to escape the monsters and rejoin her parents, who could put things back in order?
Nightmares is a couch game with a spooky atmosphere ! It's a co-op puzzle game for two players, in which you play Elena the little girl and Duvet the cover (indeed you can play a blanket !).
It is played on PC, with controllers only for now.
Audio & Voices in English - Interface & Subtitles in English and French
This project is a student demo, made in the Ecole Georges Méliès in Orly (France).
🇫🇷 Te souviens-tu de tes peurs d'enfant ?
Elena vient juste d'emménager dans un énorme manoir avec ses parents et sa couverture-doudou Couette. Lors d'une nuit orageuse, elle se réveille d'un cauchemar et se rend compte que ce dernier empiète sur la réalité. Avec l'aide de Couette, parviendra-t-elle à échapper aux monstres et retrouver ses parents, qui pourraient remettre les choses en ordre.
Nightmares est un couch game à l'ambiance angoissante ! C'est un jeu co-op à énigmes pour deux joueurs, dans lequel vous incarnez Elena la petite fille et Couette la couverture (oui vous pouvez jouer une couette !).
Il est joué sur PC, à la manette uniquement pour le moment.

Ce projet est une démo étudiante, créée à l'Ecole Georges Méliès à Orly (France).

I played some of it on YouTube with one of my friends. All I can say is that the game is very challenging and forces you to use your mind. I do have one issue is that the game doesn't save to my last location. we got to the attic and thought it would save there after the cut scene and it started us from her room again when we went to play part 2 for YT.
This game has a lot of potential and it's really interesting in coop.
There is a game-breaking bug that I want to inform you of for the next update:
When you go out of the bathroom at the beginning of the game, player's camera does not get possessed after the level sequence (cutscene). So, when cutscene ends, camera gets lost somewhere in the level.
